Computer Sales
You get to know the people. The salesmen will come up and ask you what you need and then will direct you to where you need to go. I enjoy going in there.

Appliance Sale
They just brought it and I had to have it installed. I just didn't trust them to do it right. They do a pretty good job when it comes to sales, meeting our requirements and giving us a good price. Their after market customer service is absolutely poor. If we call the customer service they would refer us to somebody else who does their service. Since it is somebody else and not them we are not exactly a priority.
