They charged me $600 to kill bugs. They still have my money and I still have the bugs.

Aardvark did a very thorough job at a reasonable price. The report came with pictures and very clear descriptions of what the problems were or might be. My realtor took care of arranging the inspection. I think she had used them before and seemed satisfied with their response time. Aardvark also did some extra inspections ( perhaps at an additional price, I don't remember for sure) for termites and radon. I was told that not everyone else does these.

Great and thorough job! We put in an offer on this home and needed some expert advice on the condition of the home since it was older. Jim was very good at looking at every area and was able to point out subtle issues that we had overlooked when we looked at the house initially. Jim was able to test the electrical plugs, all appliances, the water heater and furnace and also test the walls for moisture. The report was very comprehensive and included pictures to back up the claims. This report allowed us to call in additional contractors to get estimates for the repairs that would need done. All in all, after the inspection and additional quotes for repairs, we were able to go back to the homeowner and ask for a reduction in price to compensate for these issues. If we had not had this inspection, we could have been stuck paying for $20,000 in required repairs to fix foundation walls and items not up to code!

I am in the process of purchasing a home. Aardvark did a whole house inspection, a water test, and a radon test. Everyone that I have dealt with in their company has been amazing. The people on the phone were nice and helpful. The inspector arrived early and had already gotten started. He was very nice and thorough. The reports they sent me was easy to read and really helped me to make my decision. They are a little more expensive, but you defiantly get what you paid for. Plus a lot of their services come with warranties. I would hire them again in the future!

They are always prompt, this time they even came early. They do a great job and are very professional. The office staff, especially Karen, is great as well.

The individual is very explantory of what he was doing and why he was doing it. The biggest plus is that it worked. The first time they did it was the last time I saw army ants.

Aardvark was recommended by our loan officer because they toss in a free wood-eating bug inspection. Our inspector, Alan, was prompt and courteous. Even though I couldn't be there for the inspection, he e-mailed me a copy of the report, wrote his comments, and gave me his cell phone number for questions. The report was very thorough and easy to read and included photos of trouble spots. Alan suggested some immediate things that could be done and emphasized the things that had to be done. He was very patient with all of my questions. When asked the inevitable, "Would you buy this house?" he was honest and said he wouldn't if he were in my position, which speaks a lot to how much he respects his clients and understands their needs. After speaking to Alan, I received a bound hard copy of the report in the mail. The inspection was on Wednesday; I received the e-mail that night; I spoke to Alan on Thursday; I received the bound copy on Saturday.
