+ -1 moreThe work was done the same day as the estimate. The communication was very good. When my husband and I went to pick up the car we worked with Richard. He helped us sign up for a Napa card so that we didn't have to dip into savings for the cost. They were pretty busy while we were there and everyone was treated with the same respect; he never once got flustered or agitated. We are both S.B. natives and wish we had known about this place sooner. We will get all our future work done here, and we will recommend to family and friends.
Description of Work: Replaced a control arm, two ball joints, and an alignment.

+ -1 moreWhen we moved to South Bend last year, I hoped to find a good, reliable car shop. We were fortunate enough to have discovered A-Plus auto out on Grape Rd in Mishawaka. I've had three separate problems on our minivan, including A/C, regular maintenance, and exhaust. In each case they've been responsive and professional. They do get a little busy sometimes, so you need to call. The cost has been quite reasonable. They could easily have inflated the bill. Perhaps I'm too cynical, but once they actually came in under the estimated cost - and that amazed me. I've sent friends here, and am very pleased to recommend them on Angie's list.
Description of Work: On one visit, regular maintenance (tune up, oil, checkup). On another, a replacement of the AC compressor. And most recently, service to the exhaust system.
