I had to call twice before I got a response, but I am learning that is par for the course around here. He knew exactly what I needed. He got under the house (two separate places, my house is weird) and capped off the gas lines to two separate gas fireplaces. He then made sure to re-light all the pilot lights to my other gas appliances---furnace, hot water heater, stove top. He was training someone else, too, and he made easy to understand everything he did.

The plumber was very prompt in getting right to us and fixed the problem quickly. We haven't had any problems with the faucet since then.  The previous plumber had not really installed the faucet like he should - he hadn't made an access panel in the barn to get to the faucet.  So, the plumber from A.C. cut a square in the drywall to make easier access to the faucet plumbing if we have any future problems and told us what kind of access door to buy from Home Depot to cover up the hole and how to install it.  

Had a blocked sewer line and a leak. The blockage prevented sewage from flowing to septic system and the leaks caused it to leave sewage line to go under the back part of the house - an add on done before I bought it. Didn't know had a problem until started smelling musty odor in back rooms. Back part of house has no access so I dug a hole and opened a portion of foundation then realized what a problem I had. A.C. Phillips showed up next day due to work schedule. Had to run a professional snake four times to get all blockage out. This was extremely and quot;dirtyand quot; work. Then they had to access the lines under the back part of house where there is barely wiggle room due to about a foot of clearance and my duct work. This was crawl on your belly work. Needless to say this was a very very nasty job. Unable to make a permanent repair due to lack of access but able to put clamps on the two leaks. They called these patches. They might last forever or not. Until I'm able to tear up floors or get a basement dug under an existing structure it will do. I'm satisfied. Stench is gone, sewage is flowing, under house is drying out. I'd definitely call them again.

Easy to contact, a little pricey but this is a rural area. Very professional.
