Their crew showed up early Monday and right away things started full speed. They worked diligently and non-stop. So professional and polite. They did little extras just to make the job perfect. I was sad to see them go actually!

All workers were professional and polite. We would stop during the week to check on the work and never seen them taking any breaks or standing around drinking coffee or anything. They worked in all the cold weather we were having too.

The Millwod crew did a great job. They were always on time and quietly put in a full days work. They thoroughly cleaned up each day and at the end of the project. We have a large house with a hip roof, 3 stall garage plus a detached 4th stall garage and they completed the project in 3 1/2 days. This is the 2nd time we have used Millwood and highly recommend them.

All the workers were very good and worked quiet as possible for rofoing. I have used Millwood three times before. I like their work and workers.

We reroofed part of our home, the estimating and work was done quickly and professionally. They did what would have taken me several weeks in one day.

They tore off roof and decked it and reshingled it. When they applied the shingles in the valleys they didn't apply them with good construction practices per the ARMA manual for asphault shingle application. Shingles in valley locations are supposed to be 45 degree on the top corners and embedded in tar. They didnt do this and when I asked about it they said they had never heard of doing that. The manual that I looked at was printed in 1999 and is what all shingle manufacturers refer to for installation instructions. They also applied a ridge vent venting system which is supposed to be applied so thet you have a balanced ventilation with a percentage coming from the eave and percentage of open ridge venting for a balance system. They applied the ridge vent the whole length of the roof which doesn't give you the balance. This also is in the manufacter of the ridgevents installation instructions. Just this last week when I had gutters added to the house I found out that the didn't apply drip edge to the bottom edge of the roof. When I asked about the valleys and ridge vent they finally came out and applied some tar but snow came the next day so I was able to see if it was applied correctly in the valleys the ridge vent they did nothing about. They act real professional when quoting but seem to be just some inept contactors when it came to application and understanding of manufacter installation instructions.

They were super. We had a very positive experience. The work was professionally done; they arrived on time, and completed it slightly ahead of schedule. They cleaned up well. They did the work while we weren’t there but you could not even tell they were there. They came highly recommended. They also provided a copy of their insurance. They utilized high quality materials, the best in the industry. They also provided a pamphlet with color samples of the different shingles. They are a top notch company!
