Auto Tires
First of all I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. My vehicle didn't get pulled in til around 8:15-8:20. Not a big deal, but I was the first customer of the day... Second of all it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to do a simple tire swap, I felt like that was a little long to be honest. Then I get the bill and to my surprise they charged me $108.00 to swap a set of tires. No disposal, I took the old ones with me. WOW. I've had this done many times before at other shops for less than half that. To top it off they lost one of my lug nuts. I let the guy know I wasn't happy with the price or service, and all he had to say was if I was a regular customer it would've been cheaper. Well how do you intend to keep new customers tire star Middlebury? If you are in the Middlebury Indiana area and need any services they provide I would suggest from experience that you go somewhere else. Or call AAA. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
