I wish I could give 0 stars. Set up auto billing, but paid for a lump sum in advance (do not do their budget billing unless you want a massive bill later to catch up) and they took an additional $400 dollars from my account. I even called to make sure this would not happen and guess what....it still happened. Then the supervisor listed to the call where we discussed this not being changed and lied that they didnt say this. Never had a problem with a power company in my life, ever. This place is a joke and the state of Indiana needs to shut them down. They should not be allowed in this or any state. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

They did everything as I ask and they had me read my own meter instead of waiting for the meter to be read at a different date. I was really happy with how that was handled with them.

They give us service and as long as I pay my bill I got it. They don’t give us any deals or anything like that. They are the only one I get. I have nothing to compare their price to. I haven’t had any trouble with them. We haven’t had that much trouble with the electric or heat but a few times we had the transformer knocked out. They do the best they can.
