Most of the story I discussed above, but other things he's done are fixed a greatly leaking pipe, that the former owner had been unprofessionally rigged together with a garden hose, sump pump issues, connecting a new refrigerator to the water line for ice and water, and replacing a faucet. He is professional, will not go over a money limit you give him without a call. He's also very prompt, and if he's going to be later than expected (or possibly earlier) he gives me a call. Highly HIGHLY recommended plumber.
