 + -1 moreThey misdiagnosed the problem and charged us excessively for it. They didn't follow up, we called them several times to track something down that they had told us about. The service rep they sent out was extremely unprofessional and discourtesy. I especially am going to tell my colleagues not to use them. They told us the wrong part was broken. The part that needed to be replaced was only $14. We called another company to come out and within 15 minutes, he had the problem identified, the problem was solved and the cost was less than half of what RPS Imaging was charging and they were a whole lot more professional.
Description of Work: They came out to do servicing on some of our X-ray equipment for my veterinarian business.
