 + -1 moreI give him an absolute A rating and I think I would have had to pay quite a bit more for someone else to do it. He was very responsive and I will use him and refer him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Rich Stianad and he is a cement guy. He does patios and concrete work. I want to say he was her in May to my porch that one side of it was crumbling and the railing was coming loose. I had been trying to patch it with all kinds of stuff. We have been in this house for twelve years and I never could get it quite right. He did my whole side of my porch and for only $200.00. He is a retired gentleman and does this on the side now. That is the only time I have had to use him.
