"Hired people to come out and mow nearly 12 inches of grass with only 96 hours to go before an open house and then never paid the very low $89 price I offered him when the house didn't sell and then called me up trying to imply I was responsible for the home not selling because of a few missed weeds and a small section of fence my workers did neglect to remove due to some trouble with the equipment due to the unusually neglected 10 - 12 inch tall grass. Lawn wasn't bagged because bag was stolen by thieves like him."
