PANICCIA HEATING & COOLING

I went with a 95 or 96 efficiency rating on it. I don't want to lose this guy. The price was very fair. There were about 3 workers and it was a 2 day process. They explained everything.

It was evening before I noted that my 20+ year old air conditioner was not producing any cool air whatsoever. I had Paniccia Heating and Cooling install a furnace a few years ago and I was very happy with the experience, so I checked their website and noted that there was a contact us button. I completed the contact form giving them a brief explanation of my problem, hoping that they would see the post early. The owner answered my e-mail at 7:30 am (I wasn't awake yet to see the note since I'm retired). I did get a call from the owners wife telling me that they were pretty well booked up that day, but would see if they could find one of their technicians to help me out. I got a call back at about 1:30 pm asking if they could get a technician to my house at 3:30 pm. Technician showed up and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He had used his last capacitor earlier in the week but was able to find one on another truck. He went and picked it up, replaced it and cool air returned to my home. I am very happy with their response and the service.

Mark showed up as agreed, on-time and complete the job under the estimated time. Cleaned up the work area and left after he made sure we knew how to run and maintain the system. Just EXACTLY what we wanted and expected. We will use them for all HVAC needs.
