I have only great things to say about Michiana Mechanical! We have been using them for over 5 years for our hero g/air conditioning and every experience is the highest quality! Every person who works there is professional and so knowledgeable. They are responsive and I highly recommend them!

Paul and his entire team are the best around! When we first called for a quote for a duct cleaning, Paul himself came out to inspect the work to be done. He was extremely professional, trustworthy, and thorough. After hiring Michiana Mechanical to do the job, we knew we chose the right people. Melanie and the office staff make scheduling and payments seamless. And the technicians are nothing but wonderful. Ramon and Jacob came out for each job performed, and every time they were fantastic. Extremely professional, and respectful of our home - spectacular clean up at the end of the job that you wouldn't even know they had been there. Very thorough and hands on in explaining what they were doing. All work was detailed and to complete satisfaction. And the owner Paul comes out after completion of work to inspect and make sure you are 100% happy. They run an excellent business and I highly recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs!

Prompt and professional from the first phone call to the technician's arrival and installation. After diagnosing the problem, Ramon recommended a universal ignitor that was more sturdy. (I had previous problems with old ingnitors). Tech was VERY polite and even wore boot covers in the house even though I told him it wasn't necessary. (His response was, and quot;yes it is.and quot;)

They came out and gave me a detailed proposal with options. They were the only company that insisted on testing the line from the outdoor AC unit into the house for leaks. They were very professional in their presentation and when work began, the owner came with the crew to introduce them. The installers put shoe covers on so as not to track dirt into the house, they vacumned when done, tarped the floors...I really cannot say enough good things about the company. The price was within $10 of two other estimates, phone calls were promptly returned, schedules met, people on time, it was wonderful working with a company with such "old fashioned" standards. I highly recomend Michiana Mechanical.
