This company was hired to repair/replace the roof on a house we were purchasing back in September 1998. The seller contacted them and paid for this to be done. About 2002 the roof leaked real bad - water pouring down the walls upstairs - they came out and repaired the roof. About 5 years later it started to leak again and this time they came out and left me a quote for service. I had a friend of my son's do the second repair based on their quote for half the price. The next heavy rain brought more leaking so the repair was in the wrong area. I won't go back to them.

"We installed this roof in 1998; any repairs that were done to this roof during the 10 year warranty period were done at no charge to our customer. When the customer contacted us in April of 2011, the roof was past it's 10 year warranty period. The estimate given to her was for removing and rebuilding the brick chimney. It had nothing to do with the roof itself. At the time we would have done the chimney work for her, we also would have flashed around any penetrations in her roof at NO CHARGE. We believe in treating our customers as we would like to be treated. We were under no obligation to do this reflashing, but would have done it for any of our customers because we appreciate their business and want to treat them right. Our goal is to install a watertight roof so that there will not be any call backs. But, if there is a call back, we are intent on fixing any problem and making that roof watertight again."

I own more than one property. The total cost for both roofs was $3,500. I've been using them for years and they roofed my old house originally. They did an excellent job and were very competitively priced. I like their work.
