Tims professionism and prices are great. His quality of work is awesome. He has done five roofs for us and even though we did have an issue with one no fault of his own he went above and beyond to make it right. I wanted to point out we had an issue with an install with something that had nothingww to do with his roof; but he made it right at no additional cost. He didn't have to do that but did. Speaks volumes for his character and his goal of making the customer happy. He is a great guy who is going to do what he says he will. He is my roof guy.

When the scheduled day arrived, his crew of 10 men arrived early, immediately began stripping off the old shingles, replacing any bad underlayment and covering with a waterproof barrier(in case of rain). By midway through the day, they had finished the entire tear-off and were working on laying the new shingles.The majority of the work was done by 5pm when they left. A crew of 3 men came back on Sat afternoon to finish and clean up. The workmanship was excellent, the finished product looks terrific! I would highly recommend Tim Kolar and his crew of professional roofers to anyone looking for a speedy, high quality roofing job.
