It was terrible; Jeff Milcarek lied and took advantage of a senior citizen. He said he was a contractor and Lowes was using his name for contracting work. They thought he was decent. He would put in for 40 hours and only work 25; he promised repair of gazebo and skipped out on it. He asked for another large sum to paint the back of a house and only painted half. We were out all the money. He scams, lies and I would feel sorry for anyone who ever gets caught in his deceit. He works in the MIchigan City/La Porte, Indiana area.
