Home Building
The overall quality of my home is not the standard I expected. The timeframe for building has taken longer than projected. We feel he hasn't taken responsibilty for some of the problems, such as: the house includes a 3 story attached deck. It is not stable or properly placed. We hired an archetich to confirm that instabilty and we'll have to have it restructured. We've had problems with framing issues and foundations which have cracked and he has continued to ignore. Those are the major concerns and he keeps indicating that he's going to address it but the building began on Dec 3, 2009 and it's mid October 2010. We're looking at a close date in a couple of weeks but we have concerns about the repairs and completion. There are still some plumbing and light fixtures, painting, stair railing, porch pillar incomplete and he has a bit of time yet to address those but our deck structure is our main concern.
