About us
All services are performed at the home, business or venue of the client. Typically, most services are performed by the owner. When needed I do sub-contract help for large events. Billing for on-going clients is due upon completion of work. For events, a deposit equal to 50% of the total is due and the balance is due on the date of the event. Confirmation of guests count is due 72 hours prior to the event. Forms of payment: Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards and Paypal.

RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE AT HOME: The chef comes to your home, business or rented venue (as long as there is a kitchen there). She will prepare a 2,3 or 4-course meal prepared to your liking. We have a variety of menus. Everything that’s needed, we can bring to you. If you want linens, china, glassware, etc., these are all available upon request. We accommodate dinners for 2, up to parties up to 50 guests. IN-HOME MEAL REPLACEMENT: We perform on-going meal preparation, meaning, we plan a weekly menu for with you, shop and do meal preparation. If you have special dietary needs, such as food allergies or a special regimen, we can accommodate you. We can also weigh/portion out your meals. PRIVATE OR GROUP COOKING CLASSES Want to learn how to cook like a chef? If you need to learn the basics or are a seasoned cook, we can help you get to the next level. We do cooking demonstrations and teach private and group cooking classes. We now offer VIRTUAL CLASSES.
