Pool and Spa Servicing
This was the first time I had used their services. I needed help putting the ladder together because they were no instructions. They said they would mail them to me and they never came. I waited another week and still nothing. I called them again and they said they had sent them. Finally I drove out there and they said they had to find them and they said they would mail them to me. I said no, I'll wait. He could not find them and I drove back home 20 miles away. They asked what I wanted them to do and I told them to bring them to me. They finally did but the instructions were very hard to understand. This company was so hard to work with and were always difficult.
