SPA NAILS TWO

When I arrived they were running a special so I got both services for about $10 less than I expected. Probably because it was the first week of the year and most people had just been in for the holidays. I received my pedicure first and it was divine. Very relaxing. The man was professional in his approach and performance. I was then led to a different operator for my natural-nail manicure. This operator had been working on acrylic nails previously and had white dust from filing those nails caked on his hands and he didn't wash that off before proceeding to touch me. I was grossed-out by that but didn't say anything even though I really should have. The language barrier I think made me hesitate. Then he applied the nail polish so thick and so quick that the layers didn't have time to dry properly. Even after sitting under the ultraviolet drying lamps for two drying periods my finger nails still were not dry thoroughly because the layers of paint were too thick.
