Not very well.
I was driving my family down to Indianapolis and the car violently and loudly, started shaking. I had a mechanic look at it over the weekend and in his opinion, he stated the rotors were too warped to be resurfaced and should have been replaced and the front break pads were worn and should have been replaced as well. I took the parts back to nissan and showed them and asked them why they had not done what was best for the car. The acted like they didn't care, and that lousy mechanic that worked on my car still works there. The supervisor over the job acted like he had no idea and I thought that was the point of a supervisor... to look over the work of their inferiors? Anyway, ended up getting my money back and unfortunately, I have had to take my car back there for Nissan only related work. The other nearest nissans are about 15-30 miles away.

Southlake Nissan service is exceptional. From the guys at the service desk (Randy and Brian--who I deal with most of the time) to the guys working on the vehicles, to the office staff. You get free coffee and popcorn in the waiting room if you want it and they even wash your vehicle before you leave so you have a nice, clean car to drive home. Southlake Nissan has an awards program where you accumulate points towards your next visit(s) for $$$ off your next service visit at Nissan. That's why I only paid $25.00 for my 3,000 mile oil and filter change. Can't beat that!
