It was excellent! It is going to stand up, let people work on your boilers and trust them, like I would trust them with my boiler.

I bought this house last  year and their tag was on the furnace - that is why I called. They were punctual - that is the good news. The service tech listened to my complaint - not much cooling, air running constantly, little air flow.  I told him that I had changed the filter and noticed that there was nothing to keep the filter from falling into the furnace - which he fixed.  I told him that  last year I had cleaned the part of the coil that I could see - that the drip pan was working  and the drain tube wasn't plugged.  He then put a pound of refrigerant in at a high cost.  Before he left, he pulled the filter and had me check to see if it increased the airflow - it didn't.
A week or so later, it was hot and the AC ran all weekend without shutting off and the house never got below 74 degrees.  I had him back out - no charge - and he said we hadn't lost any refrigerant and we might want to look into a new AC Unit.  I consulted a friend who is a maintenance person and we checked all of the cold air returns for flow, checked all dampers and then looked at the AC coil - something the technician never did.  It was completely caked from the filter collapsing in - something he fixed.  We cleaned that- it literally came off in sheets like felt fabric weatherstripping - and ran the unit again.  The compressor was screaming, shaking and tripping the thermal shutoff - a sign that too much refrigerant was in the system.
I called a different company - who checked the system removed the 1 lb of refrigerant he put in - and now we have 60 degree air coming out of the registers.
I will never call them again for service - they seemed like they either didn't know what they were doing or were more interested in selling  a new unit than repairing my unit.  I'm not sure which.

They have been terrific.  The owner really cares about his reputation and the quality of his work.

They did a wonderful job. They were very neat, clean and very reasonable. They even called a year after saying that the units were under warranty and they would like to come and check everything out.  They were very good. I checked the prices with few others and they were very reasonable. I will use them in the future.

REARICK'S IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, AND I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE A VERY RELIABLE COMPANY, AND THEY SEEM WILLING TO DO THE JOB WHENEVER IT'S NEEDED.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY COME RIGHT OUT AND FIX ANYTHING I NEED. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS. THEY DO GOOD WORK AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THEM.
