It went great. They did what they said in a manner of time.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I have had three bad expirences. First when they tried to sell. Me a car and then. Couldn't find it. Second I found d the car I wanted and asked if they did any discounts for Military and once that was asked all of the sudden they said one of the employees sister was going to buy the car but even though no paperwork was started they still couldn't sell it to me. Finally months after all this I found the car I wanted yet again. When asked if it had Bluetooth the employee said yes but you can't set it up while driving. After it was bought it didn't have Bluetooth. I was lied to. One of the managers said he would get this problem fixed. Months later still never heard from after many follow ups. So I was lied to yet again. I have never been so heartbroken. If this business was honest and told me from the beginning I would have much more respect for it. Make sure you shop around for honest dealers because this one stops short of honesty and integrity.

I am not happy about the little car sometimes. They were good, and the salesman was very good. This is my second or third car from them. It was good and pleasant.

We have a tendency to use the dealership for our cars. They could be on time.

Besides being expensive, they do good. Normally you have to make an appointment with them. That's the only problem I have.

They did am amazing job. The rear of my car was damaged. They did an great job repairing it. They cleaned the inside and out before I picked it up, they also gave me a 2016 Malibu loaner car for free while they repaired my car. I also like how they kept me informed on what was going on while they were working on the car.

The salesman that we had at that point was very good to us. He sat down with us and went through with it. He helped us find a car that we could be satisfied with. Overall the experience went very well because they convinced me to take a car home. It probably was a good price. They were attentive to us. I was taken care of very quickly when I called with a question. The salesman was very professional.

I took my vehicle to Mike Anderson Chevrolet service department for repairs. I had lights come on in my vehicle, I am not sure of all three of the repairs made but I do know that they replaced some brake parts. I am happy with the repairs made on my vehicle. I feel the price was good for the repairs made.

They are very good and well-mannered. They even washed the car for me. I had bought an HHR from them before. I paid quite a bit for the new car. I recommend them to my son.
