They were very professorial and when they came in, you could tell that they knew what they were doing. When they did the Sims, the work was really fabulous; you could not tell where anything was on the floor.

Carpet Installation
I liked that their customer service was good. They were friendly. They let us take a bunch of samples home for free whereas other places had charged us. The installer was friendly and he was exactly on time. The carpet is nice, but there's just the seam line that we see that we are not real crazy about. It's just the way the carpet is made and we can see the seam a little bit more than we thought. Other than that, they were fine. We would use them again in the future if need be.

THE TILE LOOKS GREAT, SO I REALLY CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING. THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH BECAUSE THEY SUGGESTED THE KIND OF TILE THAT WOULD WORK BEST. THEY HAD A LOT TO CHOOSE FROM, AND THE WORKERS WERE GREAT TO US.
