I sent the coat back to them and I have spoken to them and nothing has been clarified. I still do not have my coat. After a lot of pressure, it was finally cleared up. I would not recommend using their services

I SHIPPED THE COAT TO THEM. I PROMPTLY RECEIVED A PHONE CALL CONFIRMING THE PRICE WHICH THEY HAD ESTIMATED PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE COAT, AFTER WHICH THEY CLEANED/REPAIRED AND SHIPPED THE COAT TO ME AS PROMISED. THEY ABSORBED SHIPPING COSTS AND THE COAT WAS BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED.
