BEST BUY DOES GOOD WORK, AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE I ALWAYS BUY MY COMPUTERS THROUGH THEM. ALTHOUGH THE PRICE WAS HIGH AND IT TOOK THEM TOO LONG, THEY DID FIX IT COMPLETELY.

THIS COMPANY WAS HELPFUL IN THAT THEY EXPLAINED WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS WRONG WITH THE MACHINE. THEY CAME OUT PROMPTLY AND FIXED THE MACHINE QUICKLY. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.

IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO GET THE JOB FINISHED, BUT THEY FINALLY GOT IT DONE. THE COMPUTER REALLY DIDN'T WORK MUCH BETTER THAN IT DID BEFORE THEY WORKED ON IT. THEY WERE VERY OVER-PRICED.
