Installed and looked great except for 1 damaged panel. they were called to fix or replace on 9/31/2008 . March 2009 They still haven't come out I had called durring this time and was told they would be right out. Also that over the winter 7+ Posts had pushed up due to the cold and apparent shallow mounting of the posts. Not being below the 32" frost line. and apparently not being set in concrete as they said the posts were, not being able to open both sides of the gate in front. They arrived 8/3/2009 and still have not replaced the panel but raised the gate posts even higher so the gates would swing but touched nothing else.. I'm looking into legal action for this was way too much money for the (i hate to say) work

The project went bad when they never returned to fix the problem. He takes your money and thats the end of it.
