I called Alert Alarm to have an alarm put into my house. After the initial meeting, I didn't hear back from them for a very long time. When they finally did come out to install it, the guy treated me like I was an idiot. The installer talked to me like I was wasting his time and left before I understood how to use the thing. The sensors are falling off the windows and doors and no one at the company will call me back. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone or use them again. I am switching to another alarm company.

THEY DO COME OUT QUICKLY WHEN THEY ARE CALLED BECAUSE THEY ARE HOOKED INTO THE POLICE. THE PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH THEM IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. THEY DO NOT SEEM TO TAKE THE TIME TO REALLY MEET MY NEEDS.
