Family Clean Team

Three women showed up and they were here 1 hour and 45 minutes.  They missed 2 of the 3 bath/showers and made a mess out of the 3rd.  I ended up cleaning one of the showers while they were here.  They went back over the other 2 and actually did clean one of them.  The other I cleaned myself after they left.  They didn't clean any of the faucets in the bathrooms.  They didn't have a toilet brush to clean the toilets and borrowed mine.  They spot mopped the floors and didn't vacuum or swifter before mopping the main basement area.  Where they did mop they just swooped over it and didn?t actually clean them.  For all of the floors they used the same bucket of water (3 gallon bucket) to clean all 3600 sq. ft. of hardwood/tile leaving pools of water on my hardwood.  I ended up cleaning the floors too after they left and based on the dirt and debris that was on my floor cleaner afterwards there was no way they did anything productive with theirs. On the dusting they missed corners and streaked the top with the product they used. I brought up a couple of things they missed while they were cleaning and was told they would do a walk thru before they left to look at everything.  As they were all packing up and running out the door I ask to do a walk thru.  During the walk thru the lead person told me she need to instruct her people better but one of the areas she did herself and I pointed out the same things on her work.  It was just an overall disappointing cleaning and I?ve spent the last 3 hours cleaning myself and am still not done.  I?ve had cleaning services for 20 years and never once was my house so poorly cleaned.   I posted on facebook my experience as well and immediately got responses that others had the same experience with this company as I did.  I have encouraged them to reply here as well.  My house is never dirty but it does get dusty and bathrooms get used...so this wasn't a tough job.
