Early on, he was quite professional. He promptly gave me an estimate (in August I think) and returned all my phone calls in a timely fashion. Then things went awry. First, he ordered the wrong columns in. I had to wait another 8 weeks or so before the new ones arrived. When he finally installed them in December, they did not match up with the siding at the top of my porch. He also had trouble reattaching the iron railings and had to have a different brace made to hold the one in front in place. That again took months, all while he kept one of my iron railings. Finally, I told him to forget about reinstalling the front one. He also kept telling me he'd come back to fix the top of the columns where they didn't match up with the siding. It took MONTHS to get my railing back and when he "fixed" the top of the columns, he only did one of them and it doesn't look good. The project stretched from Aug to March. He was also terrible about returning calls after he botched the job.
