Eric Hunsucker was very effecient in coming to our home, giving estimates, and getting the work done. His crew did a great job of cleaning up around our house after work was done. We had one small problem with a shingle raising up and he came immediately to fix it. (The problem was a rafter that was too high and he trimmed it down.) We would definitely use his services again.

After a hail damage insurance claim in May 2009 I received a settlement from my insurance provider. I waited many months before I decided to replace the roof because I had decided to sell my house. Because I had such a great experience with Maximus Contracting I called Eric Hunsucker to give me quote to replace the roof. He promptly measured the roof and provided me a quote. His quote contained higher grade products and included additional items the other contractors did not even mention or said were excluded for a much better price. He explained that the insurance company had also underestimated the materials required to complete the job and had omitted part of the home completely. He was able to negotiate with the insurance company to prove their calculations were incorrect and had them reimburse him without any involvement from me. His team worked quickly and completed the roof in 2 days

I had recently found a great house that was in dire need of some exterior work and decided to hire Maximus Contracting to complete the work. Because of my great experience with Eric Hunsucker and his team only a short time before I was confident he could complete all the necessary work. He assessed the exterior of the property and gave me an estimate with days. He brought out a team of carpenters to replace exterior wood lap siding, trim boards and various sills that were partially or completely rotted away. Once the carpenters installed the new siding his paint crew started work on painting the entire house. They quoted 2-tone paint for the entire house substantially less then other contractors offered one color. Eric?s paint crew finished the whole job within a week and even helped me on a few other things I needed an extra hand with. Eric brings well rounded construction knowledge and an insurance savvy that makes the whole process very easy. Eric?s experienced team is professional, quick and produces quality workmanship. Overall, Maximus Contracting provides a very high value of exterior construction work much better then I could find anywhere else.

I proceeded to get multiple bids from various local and out-of-state contractors. Eric gave me an estimate within a few days of my request and his price was less then all the other contractors. I hired him to replace the vinyl siding and gutters and Eirc?s team replaced the siding in less than 2 days. The gutters were completely finished a few days later.

Very well! Mr. Hunsucker took me around to look at some roofs he had done, which helped me in my selection of roofing material. I was amazed at how many people showed up to do the job and the speed in which they were able to do it. The appearance of the roof is a great improvement as well!

Mr. Hunsucker and his crew arrived at my house early and finished the job in just one short day. The crew used their time very efficiently and kept my yard and driveway free of debris. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up every old shingle down to the smallest piece. Mr. Hunsucker was the easiest and most effecient contractor I have ever worked with. My roof has been installed for over 8 months now and it still looks great. I would certainly recommend Mr. Hunsucker and his crew to anyone in need of a good contractor.
