YORKSHIRE LANDSCAPING

Cuco came promptly after I called to give me an estimate. We agreed on work Saturday morning and by Monday afternoon all was done - even better than I expected. His team is efficient and expert at lawn care.

They were awesome.. Came at 7pm cut down 2 full grown trees & pulled out 15 bush stumps plus the roots. They were done by 8:30.. That includes haul away and they cleaned up sidewalks and recovered the holes.. They even hauled away some other brush we had laying around from another project. Truly, the best for the money.. Can't even tell they were here except that it looks tons better.. I don't leave many reviews but they really earned it! Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Yorkshire Landscaping was terrific.  Their estimate was thousands of dollars less than other landscapers and included full haul away and delivery.  Time from estimate to completion of the job was only 3 weeks.
The team consisted of 3 men who arrived on time and stayed until dark.  They worked constantly and with only the necessary breaks.  Changes and updates to the contract were quick and for the most part included in the main estimate.  These guys worked hard.
They removed over 10 yard of river rock, dirt and foliage.  They removed the old remnants of a large koi pond and prepped the land for sod.  They positioned the transplanted foliage with an experienced eye on shade, sun, water and visibility from the street.  They installed new weed barrier and rock cover.  They installed new sod and blended the edges with the remaining grass yard.  They positioned large stones in a very complimentary and decorative fashion by hand.
They ran 2 underground french drains to relieve standing water on our side yard.  Dug down 18" and ran the drains to the common area under existing fencing without removing the fence.  They accomplished this with 2 of the guys on the team and only used shovels.  It only took them 5 hours.  They connected 2 of the 6 downspouts to the drains to relieve the stress of 1/2 of our roof rain ending up in our yard.  Four other downspouts were run to pop ups to move the rain water away from the foundation.  The grass on top of the drains was cut for the drains, rolled up, and then replaced with little impact on the sod.  4 ground drains were installed to also relive standing water.
At the end of the digging, removing, laying, planting, edging, and everything else they did, they cleaned up all the leftover dirt, rock and vegetation.  All of the installed sod and replaced grass has come back to normal growth.  All plants have survived the transplanting.
It was as if the house had always looked that way.  The transformation was exceptional.
Although most of our landscaping needs are covered, if we ever have future needs, we'll call Yorkshire Landscaping.

Cuco and his crew are very hard working and did an amazing job.  They arrived over two hours late due to early morning rain then a problem with one of their trucks.  I don't fault them for that, but it would have been nice if they had notified me.  Instead, I had to call to ask where they were.  Once here, they got right to work.  Due to a back injury I have not been able to tend to my flower beds, and they were overgrown with weeds.  I also had some old bushes that had become unmanageable and were overtaking the front of the house.  They cleaned it all up beautifully.  I will definitely use Yorkshire again.

I am very happy with the service performed. Cuco from Yorkshire was very easy to work with and he had his crew on the job the day after I approved the estimate, which they completed in less than a 1/2 day. The quality of work, communication, and price were all great. I will use Yorkshire in the future and will highly recommend this company to anyone.

I think they have a good eye for the design. They do a good job, and I'll continue to use them.
