PAT'S CUSTOM TILE WERX

Pat was great to work with. I called and explained what we wanted. He came to our home to look over the job. He quoted a price and started the job after the weekend. He did a great job, great clean up afterwards. It has made a big difference in our kitchen with the lighting and backsplash. Will call him again to do work at our home.

Pat does a fantastic job. He does excellent quality work and has good taste in tiles, colors, etc. He had to tear out the entire shower and even replace some of the 2x4s as we had a lot of water damage behind the old shower walls. He also had to redo the ceiling due to moisture. We are extremely happy with our finished shower and the sink, mirror, and light fixture. Our laminate flooring in our family room is gorgeous. We went with a Pergo floor and it replaced carpeting. We have had to recarpet 3x as it is an extremely high traffic area off of our garage and the family spends a lot of time in the room and it takes a lot of abuse. I'm really happy with the flooring and it is very easy to keep clean. I'm hoping not to have to replace it for a long time. All in all Pat does an outstanding job. He has done all of our major remodels in our house and we've been extremely pleased with the quality of work and price.

Pat was very easy to work with and quite flexible with the timing on installing the backsplash. He has a good eye for what looks nice and is very good at this. We were thrilled with the backsplash. However, my husband and I later noticed that there were three places on our upper cabinets where the finish had been taken off of the wood. I saw Pat's helper take a sponge and swipe the cabinets a few times when they were cleaning up. There were a few little specks of grout on the cabinets. I assumed his sponge was clean. However, there must have been some grout in the sponges and they took the finish off the cabinets. I know he did not mean to damage the wood, but these are 60 year old cabinets that we have tried to take really good care of over the years. I e-mailed Pat about it. He did try to call me but did not leave a message. So I sent him a text back.............. and have heard nothing more. It has been nearly a month. I am not sure what we are going to do about the cabinets...........maybe have to have them refinished. Pat does excellent work............the damage to the cabinets is just unfortunate.

He was listed in Angie's List and that is how I contacted them. His price was agreeable. The quality of his work was very good. His responsiveness was good, he was on time and professionalism was very good. He did a very good job for me with a reasonable price. He was on time figuring him well. I have no complaints about him.

Pat came to our first meeting with loads of photos of his work, and lots of ideas for my job. He had creative suggestions for replacing our damaged shower tile, and brought tile samples with him to loan me. I was very impressed with his enthusiasm, creativity, and advice for getting a custom stone tile look for a lower price. He suggested the oversized ceramic tiles made to look like stone, because they are easier to maintain and are very durable. When the job was nearly done, he suggested a painter to me, whom I hired within the week. He worked out well too, including putting a faux-finish on the lowered ceiling over the sinks. The job looks fantastic, and now I hope to call them back soon to do the master bath.

It was a very smooth and pleasant experience from beginning to end. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied. He was prompt and efficient, completing the work in the time frame agreed on. We plan to have more tile work done in the future and will definitely call Pat.

Pat was easy to contact and quick to get back to us with an estimate. His bid was lower than the other 2 estimates we had. Pat made some helpful suggestions and was responsive to our requests. The floor looks great and we are very happy with it.

Pat showed up on time and completed the job in the stated amount of time. He is reasonable, tidy and goes the extra mile for the finishing touches. I can't be more please with the results.

Pat was very responsive when we called for an estimate and had a lot of good suggestions to help us make our decision on which materials to use. We had our estimate in a couple of days and he followed up with us on several occassions without being pushy. Once Pat started the work, his true skills emerged. He completed our backsplash in a day and a half and it looks awesome. A couple of days after the work was completed, we noticed a spot that needed re-grouted. We emailed Pat on Sunday and he was back at our house on Monday afternoon to make it perfect. Pat's work speaks for itself and his follow-up and responsiveness truly set him a part from all the other contractors.

Pat has a very good price. I wasn't too happy w/some of the sub-contractors used, but he does a very good job with all the resources he had. He always made sure he got the job done and in good time. One of the best contractors I have used. Is there is a problem, all you have to do is tell him and made sure it was taken care of.

Pat did a wonderful job from start to finish. He was easy to contact, kept appointments and was on schedule with the installation. He kept a very clean work site and the end product is awesome.

Pat is very nice and a good contractor, but his subs were the kind of people that if the customer is happy, ok, but if the customer is not happy, oh well. They would take off. If you use this company, just make sure you don't pay them until the job is completely done.
