GT Services did not stand behind their plants and trees work guarantee, made the customer a low priority, and did a bait and switch with pricing for future maintenance work. Also, once they were paid the customer became a low priority including addressing warranty for plants and trees that died in the warranty period or the following season after install.  In fact they refused to replace a dead tree they planted just the prior spring stating it was out of warranty even though it was installed in early spring of previous year and the customer reported it dying the following late spring. 
When contacted about warrant plants that died, they said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to address because they were busy.  And that they would only fit in the customer when they had a cancelation or bad weather.  They did take over 6 weeks to replace the dead plants. 
GT Services provided competitive pricing for the landscape redesign however when it came time for maintenance work such as new season mulch, they increased their pricing by over 75% from previous year landscape pricing, baiting customer in as competitive then quoting way over market pricing.  The customer found three companies quoting the work 40% less.  Also, the way they treated this customer who just spent over $15,000 with them was very poor.  The customer requested to speak to the owner about my concerns and experiences, and they would not let me speak to the owner. 
The customer's advice is to stay away from these bait and switch, lack of standing behind their product and warranty, and treating customers as low priority.

The price is in-line.  We got other bids and based on their quality and price they were competitive.
