During the initial interview, Mr. Trimble assured us that he never uncovers more than he can complete in one day. Within one or two days, all tiles were removed from house and garage. For almost a month, our house sat without shingles, this despite several days of unseasonably warm, dry weather when his team worked extremely short (4-6 hour) days. The result: two leak incidents in the attic and the kitchen. Mr. Trimble responded quickly to our first call and covered our roof with tarps. After several days of rain, his team worked a few more hours, but did not put on tiles. When we had the second leak, he did not answer his phones and never returned our calls. Mr. Trimble abandoned the job with no tiles on the house in the middle of a wet winter. Eventually, we hired a different contractor to finish the project.

SEEMED PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. THEY STRESSED THEIR QUALITY BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY PHOTOS TO DEMONSTRATE THE QUALITY. PRICE CAME IN HIGHER THAN OTHER QUOTES.
