SUPERIOR ANTENNA SYSTEMS

The satellite system was installed as promised. However, Craig Spencer, the owner, could not install the outside aerial because he did not have it available on the day of the install. He promised to return and install it once he got it from his distributor. He called two days later saying that he received it and would give me a call later in the week when he could come by to install it. When he did not call to set up an appointment, I called him. I left a message telling him that I would be home during the afternoons during the week. After the week went by without receiving a call from him, I phoned him again and left a message. Repeated calls to his home phone (he works out of his mother's house), as well as his cell phone, went by without a return call. I have resigned myself that I have lost my money. Superior Antenna Systems appears to be an unreliable company that cannot be trusted with your money. I should have been suspicious when he asked for all the money up front because his business cannot afford to keep any inventory. Although I am thankful that he did deliver most of the "big-ticket" items as promised, I think this had more to do with his contract with Directv Satellite Systems and his not wanting to jeopardize his relationship with them. The owner of the company is unresponsive and has yet to refund the price I paid for the antenna and its installation.
