SPIKE'S LOCKSMITH SERVICE

Spike showed up in a very timely manner and went straight to work. In no time he had the lock pulled off my door knob and a new key made to open the dead bolt. He re-keyed and reinstalled the lock and it was like nothing ever happened. Spike was very polite and professional. i got into my house and an extra key made during emergency after hours service for only $80! Don't know many that can beat that price!

I was leaving the emergency room in Mooresville and came out to find I had no car keys. A Mooresville policeman noticed my dilemma and tried to help. He called for backup from another officer who had more tools in the trunk that might help. Unfortunately (or fortunately I guess), my car (Honda CRV) has locks that combined with the anti-theft system don't open easily . The locksmiths (3) in town that normally would have helped were busy or on vacation.
Spike's Locksmith out of Martinsville said he would be happy to help out but that he would need to finish up his current job and then it would take him about 30 minutes travel time. I was happy to wait since I had no way to go.
Once Spike got there with his apprentice they quickly got busy. We spotted the keys partly under the seat. It still took probably 25 minutes but the best part is even with the travel time involved they charged just 75.00 and . That is a very low price compared to some of the other locksmiths I have hired.
I hope I don't have to call them again but I kept their card just in case.

Arrived right on time. Gentleman and his grandson provided the service. Both were very nice, very responsive and professional. The price was definitely fair for the amount of time/effort they put in. I would definitely use this company again. The only reason they didn't get straight A's is because a separate key for the car door was needed to open. However, I am not confident this is any fault of theirs as this is a 2003 model.

everything went well. The door lock was repaired, the house was locked up and the cost was reasonable.

The disc-shaped lock on my storage unit door wouldn't open. The keys that came with it wouldn't turn inside the lock. I called Spike's Locksmith Service, and Clifford showed up within 15 minutes. He first tried spraying the lock with WD-40 and turning the key with pliers to unlock it, but the lock wouldn't budge. He ended up using a drill to remove the lock from the door. Clifford was very professional and kind, and he did a wonderful job! I definitely would use his services again in the future.

He got there as planned he did a fabulous job.

It was great because he went to the extent of telling me that there were keys out there that would open my door and that's why I had gotten broken into. He was prompt, professional, and friendly, and he did a good job.
