The service guy blew the water out that was it. I did ask him to show me how to turn on the water and set it.

We appreciate that he was so easy to communicate with, responsive, reliable, organized, professional and fairly priced. He personally oversaw all aspects of installation and his team was top notch. We had a couple support items that we needed his help with and his technician James did an outstanding job making sure that we were happy and comfortable operating our new system. Family owned and operated. So happy we chose him and his team that we hired them to do additional work for us.

Shane called me within a few minutes of submitting the request on Angi and he was at my house 30 minutes later. He was nice, knowledgeable, and got all of my irrigation repairs done quickly. He also tested the back flow and calibrated all the sprinkler heads. Shane gave me recommendations for some irrigation improvements that he can help me implement once I get the landscaping done on this new house. All-in-all I was very impressed with Shane and how fast he was able to get out here and help me. With having my lawn aerated and reseeded this week, it was important that the irrigation system was working. I can't thank Shane enough for his help and I highly recommend him to others.

Whereas many companies wanted to schedule me three weeks down the road, Shane came out the next day and fixed the problem immediately for a very reasonable rate. Couldn't ask for a better business or better service

If you need some irrigation repair donâ t ever hire this company. I needed a repair of a leak. They priced it for $1900, and I was an absolute idiot to pay beforehand. They have come, spent 1.5h working (one man, Ethan, working the other standing behind him and watching), spent material for maximum $100. They left without fixing the leak, kept the money. They are extremely overpriced, lazy - they did not do a hole big enough to detect the leak, and most importantly they have no clue about basic plumbing. Absolute fraud. They are capable or starting irrigation in spring and winterizing in autumn. They are not able to do professionally anything else except of fast billing. Run away!

I got scheduled promptly and easily. Tech was on time, extremely friendly, and took the time to explain the whole system as I had just bought my home with the system pre-installed. He took the time to teach me how to use the basic functions as well as recommend a couple of small fixes in the spring. Dale was a fantastic tech. Thanks for the great customer service.

Despite what I figured would just be a a normal contractor call, I was wrong. Shane was one of those rare, honest contractors who actually did the right thing and put his customers and integrity in front of the easy dollar.
