Shane and his top notch team exceeded my expectations! They were punctual, dependable, professional and provided excellent workmanship. Shane did an excellent job, worked directly with my insurance company to make sure all was covered for hail damage.  Met with the adjuster and went up on the roof to point out issues.  Work was completed in a day and a half and his crew was very professional and top notch.  All the debris was cleaned up.  Awesome contractor, highly recommend!

We have a large home with a very steep pitch to the roof (14/12 and 12/12; 108 square) and needed to have the roof, the guttering, our garage doors, and the copper trim replaced due to hail damage. An adjustor had already made his report before we contacted Shane. The adjustor was new to the profession and made quite a few mistakes and omissions in his report to our insurance company which resulted in a lower compensation for our claim. Shane filed an extensive report pinpointing those errors and then handled all of the business with the insurance company. Communication was always comprehensive and punctual. Shane was at our home everyday with his crew. It was a major project and the work was excellent - we couldn't be more pleased. In all ways, this is a company with high professional standards that will treat your home with respect and give great service.

I liked the way they talked and described to the team what they were going to do & how they vary from the destination from one of the ongoing.  They did their job.  They were polite and very professional.  They cleaned up their messes.  They even came back after we had a rain and we had a leak & that's what they were fixing for, so that it leak no more.  The replaced the whole roof.  There is a small room and they even came back yesterday to check the work.  I was very impressed with that.

Shane Sanders took the time to come out to my house several times and explained in depth what would the job entail.  He was thorough and professional and he delivered what he promised expeditiously and without delays.

Sander's Construction replaced my existing roof after a hailstorm.  Shane worked with my insurance company, always following up with me and apprising me of the details.  He and his crew were efficiant and prompt.  They were dilligent in their daily clean-up, you would have never known they had been there that day. It was a pleasure to work with Sander's Construction.   Shane and his crew made sure that I received quality, prompt, and professional service.  I won't hesitate to use Sander's Construction in the future.

Sanders's Construction handled my entire hail claim from start to finish, Shane worked with my insurance company while keeping me abreast of every detail.  He and his crew were courteous, prompt professionals; the entrie company showed an incredible work ethic going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.  Every detail of the job was taken into consideration, from where material would be delivered and stored to the daily clean-up.  Shane oversaw the entire project and was in constant contact with me.  I was incredibly pleased wth the finished product and the quality workmanship I received.

Experienced significant damage to our home from hail storm that occured at the end of September 2012. Insurance adjuster indicated roofing, vinyl siding, gutter and window screen damage requiring replacement. Was referred to Sanders Construction from family friend. Shane Sanders owns the company and personally responded immediately to our request for an estimate. He worked dilegently to settle discrepancies with the original insurance adjustment on my behalf, even enduring complications and delays with the insurance company after Hurricane Sandy hit. Work was started and completed when promised. Shane was on sight for each phase of work completed. He explained everything that needed to be completed and then went over the work with me once it was completed. He delivered everything as promised and the workmanship was excellent.

From start to finish, I was completely satisfied.  Shane went out of his way to be sure that the job was done correctly and with extremely high standards.  He was present throughout the entire process, assuring that  it went smoothly and was there to answer any questions I may have had.  Me, being a small business owner,i was very pleased with how he conducted business.  Thanks to the hole Sanders Construction Team for all the hard work!!!

When we first had the roof put on it was because of a hail storm that we had in August of 2011. Our insurance company came out and walked the roof with Shane, and our agent approved replacement of the roof and some shutters. Everything was going smooth, and Shane was out in a matter of two weeks to strip off the roof and replace it. In January of 2012, my neighbor saw that my roof was buckling and pulling up. I called Shane to come out and expect it, and he said that he had never seen this happen with this particular roofing company. Shane called the shingle manufacturer and had them come out to walk the roof. They pulled off two squares for samples and found out that the tar strip was not sealing properly, and told us that they would replace the North side of our roof. Sanders construction came out and reshingled the North side of the roof. Within three weeks the same thing started to happen with the shingles buckling. He again called the manufacturers representative and had them come out. I was here when they did the inspection, and he said that the product was not up to par. The manufacturer told me he would replace the roof with a higher grade shingle and a heavier felt. A couple weeks went by without us hearing from them, and Shane Sanders called them again, letting them know that we had waited long enough. They ran a special batch of the upgraded shingles for Sanders Construction to install. Shane had several jobs going, and pulled off of those jobs, explaining to those costumers what had happened. He had all of his men on the roof to replace the entire thing. He came out a couple weeks later to inspect it and said that it finally looked the way it should. If it hadn't been for Shane, I doubt that this would have happened. He was so diligent and pressing with the manufacturer to make sure that his customers are taken care of. I have recommended him to anyone that needs to have roofing or siding done. He definitely treats you and makes you feel like family.

   

Sanders Construction Company had all roofing material's delivered the day before and Mr. Sanders and all his crew was on time each day to start the job. I am retired and had the pleasure of watching the whole process from the beginning to the completion and was very impressed with not only the management skills of Mr. Sanders but that of his well trained crew that all worked as a team to provide a high quality roof. I noticed that if something was not up to the highest quality and standards it was re-done even if one shingle had imperfection's it was replaced. They even made sure that some of my gutters needed re-fastened and they fixed them. All cleanup was performed non-stop each day and I received no roofing nails left in my yard. I have had many people stop in front of my house after completion and state I received a high quality roof that stands out above others in my neighborhood and requested Mr. Sanders phone number. In Mr. Sanders web page he states he has old fashioned values and does his best  to restore customers faith in contractors. He  has restored my faith for I received a high quality product at a reasonably price and he truly is living the American Dream for he and his company is second-to-none in the roofing business.

I had noticed others in the neighborhood getting their roofs done due to a hail storm we had. I contacted Sanders Construction and the owner came out and looked at my house and told me to contact my insurance company. He found the roof and siding both had damage. He was willing to meet the claim adjuster to look at the problem spots together. They were very assistive in pursuing the insurance company for everything that the insurance company owed. I barely had to deal with my insurance company. It was a great relief. They let me choose my siding and roof colors  and were very attentive to even the small details. My house still had aluminum siding. It looks so amazing now with the new siding. My neighbors have said, 'thanks for bringing money into the neighborhood.'  We are very excited about the transformation and would definately use Sanders Construction again. They weren't pushy or trying to get more money out of me. They left the house in better condition then what they found it. They made this process very easy on me. The owner was the one who worked with me and was even there thru most of the process. It is his own personal team of guys that he uses, not sub contractors. It is just very nice to meet someone who still takes pride in a job well done and isnt just in it for the money.

I would rate his business very highly thanks to his professionalism.  He had very high recommendations from many former customers.  He was very knowledgeable about all phases of the roofing process including working with my insurance company.  Sanders Construction had all of the materials delivered the day before and they were there on time every day to do the work.  I was very impressed with not just the professional of Mr. Sanders but of his entire crew.  They even made sure that all my gutters were checked.  They cleaned up after themselves very well and left no roofing nails in my yard.  I got a quality roof at a reasonable price.  He knows his stuff and he's got a great crew.

After noting that my neighbors were getting a new roof last fall I decided that I should have my own roof checked.  My mother had used Sanders Construction to replace her roof last summer and I was impressed with the job.  I called them up and Shane Sanders came out very promptly to look at my roof.  He did find damage and I notified my insurance agent.  When their inspector came out, Shane made sure he was there with him and went up on the roof to show him the damage.  As a result I was told that i would be getting an entire new roof, which was about a $15,000.  Shane immediately worked with me to talk about getting the job underway.  Due to the lateness of the season we decided to wait until after the winter months had passed.   Once the weather had warmed up I contacted Shane and we discussed timing.  I was preparing to put my home on the market so was anxious to get started.  Shane was able to work me into his schedule to meet my needs and his crew came out within a week of my call and started the job.  I can't say enough about how great this work was, he and his crew are excellent and they worked long hours to complete this big job in less than 3 days.  The worksite was kept clean and the roof is fantastic looking, all my neighbors have commented on it.  Once we finished the roof I wanted the house to be painted and had lined up a painter.  Shane suggested they not put the gutters on until after the painting was done to make for a nicer result, so he readily agreed to wait a week to come back and do the gutters.  As soon as I had it painted his team was there to put the gutters on.  Just a first class job from start to finish.  Excellent communication both in person and email.  Shane and his wife April make a great team, they really helped me work through everything including dealing with the insurance company.  Sanders Construction is a first class company, I would hire them again in a minute.

The owner and his crew showed up on time and on the date work was to be performed! I was very happy with everything that was done to my home and the owner (Shane) even did some other minor repairs that were unseen before old roofing was removed at no additional cost!I would refer Sanders Construction to anyone needing a roofing contractor!
