Duane and his team worked with me on getting the manufacturer to repair the television under warranty even though the one year warranty had expired. They could not have been more helpful and professional. On-site repair was made in two days. Remarkable.

Mitsubishi arranged for the service with Quality TV Service. I was hesitant about not having any choice in who would service the TV, but they called me up within an hour of my phone call to Mitsubishi, and arranged for service the following day since they kept the part in stock. The repair was done quickly and professionally. The price for the repair was exactly what was quoted over the phone.
