Furniture - Custom Made
IT HAS NOW BEEN 12 WEEKS SINCE I PLACED THE ORDER. MILES SAID THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 6 MONTHS SINCE I ORIGINALLY PLACED MY ORDER FOR FURNITURE AT THE STORE. THE STORE MANAGER HAS DONE NOTHING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO MILES HOME FURNISHINGS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMER. THE MANAGER THERE SEES THE BIG PICTURE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT MAKING EACH ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY. I WOULD TELL ANYONE WHO IS THINKING OF GOING TO MILES HOME FURNISHINGS TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.
