I called them to clean my dad's carpet before we put the house up for sale. They cam
E out and did a great job. There were some plaCes they had to color back because he had stained it. But they got it looking great

They did do a good job.

very good job removed one big spot the other carpet cleaners could not get out.  It kept returning after a couple of months. Will use him again.

It was great. The end result was great. Didn't have any problems or anything.

We've used them several times. We like them, we like Walter. They always do a good job. The stains, they always get them out. We're probably going to have them come back pretty soon. They were good. Their price is a little more than everybody else but they do a good job. They're all prompt.

They cleaned my carpets and tried getting a couple red stains out of my carpet. They did get the majority of the stains out. For the price I would have expected to be completely out. Overall not bad, They did show up promptly and did offer to come out again to try to get completely get rid of the stain. I did decline their offer because my couch now covered the biggest stain.

Original quote was $420 to clean three bedrooms and 31 stairs which I thought was very expensive!  Matt, the guy who came to clean and give me the quote, was super nice and said he could come back if I wanted to talk to my husband and think about it.  I knew I could find someone cheaper, but this company got great reviews on Angie's List and I needed my carpets cleaned sooner rather than later, so I took off a bedroom that wasn't too dirty and lowered the overall price.  With the 10% AL discount, it came to $319.  Still pricey, but I just didn't want to deal with calling around.  
Matt did a nice job cleaning the carpets, but the solution is a bit smelly.  Thank goodness today is warm because I have my windows open and all my ceiling fans running.  I'm hoping they will dry quickly.  Before Matt left I noticed he left a lot of dirty foot prints and drips from the hose on my wooden floors.  I mentioned it to him and he was nice and went out to his truck to get a mop. He came back in and tried to clean the floors, but I had to get on my hands and knees to clean them after he left.  It's not the end of the world, but I was just surprised how many drops and wet spots were left on my wooden floors.  I would think the company would have some sort of a drop cloth to lay down to prevent this.  When a customer pays $319 to have some floors cleaned, they shouldn't be left with others dirty.  Just my two cents.
I will use them again if they bring something to prevent this from happening in the future.  :-)

Very good service. several call backs were needed which were due to stain resurfacing. no extra charge and eventual success without any damage to carpet. have used before with excellent results and would use again and recommend highly.

Showed up promptly and with a call before arriving.  Issue was with no guarantee for the price you pay.  Over $600 was paid and none of the stains would be guaranteed.  This is where they get you...you have to pay more to have the guarantee.  The grout came out great.  The carpets were clean and were definitely better than before.  However over time the stains did come back through but still look better than before.  The guy dumped the water right in the yard and killed our grass, so have a wonderful dead area 4'x4' in yard.  Having to have that reseeded...over all this is not a good company in my opinion.  Priced to high with no guarantee and the fact they had no regard for yard has me furious.  I would not recommend this company to anyone...there are many carpet cleaners out there and we will be getting another company next time.

Our realtor told us to use this company because it would be cheaper than buying carpet for our dining and living room.
The employee that came out to our house was on time most times. He came out and gave an assessment on stains in our carpet. He stated that they could get the stains out, or we would get our money back.  On the 4th time of us calling him out because the stains did not come out, I called the company and spoke with the manager about getting a refund. She proceeded to tell me that they could keep coming out to perform their cleaning until they deemed the stain would not come out. After the 7th time of coming out, they said they would grant their gurantee and reinburse us. They then told us that since the stain was on only a portion of the carpet, they would only give us 20% of our money back since the rest was clean, which we called them specifically  for the stains. I told them that the whole carpet would have to be removed. You can't cut a hole in the middle of your floor to put in new carpet. They would not budge.
Buyers BEWARE! Their 100% gurantee is false. After paying $575 to get stains out of carpet they guranteed they could get out, we then had to pay for new carpet and only got 20% of our money back! This was a terrible experience and I don't want it to happen to anyone else.

They did the best job I've ever seen.  It was fantastic.  The master bedroom had some spots and no one had even been able to get the spot out and they got it out.  Their price was good with the Angie's List Discount. 

Ryan performed a miracle. He removed the wine stain from three bottles of spilled red wine which were occurred as I was moving the wine rack. I thought I would have to get new carpeting..we have light beige carpeting. Thanks, Ryan and Langenwalter, you're the best!!!

They seemed professional and did a great job.

I called for an appointment.  They were most courteous and punctual.  I was extremely pleased with the service and the company.  I highly recommend them.

They did a great job of cleaning the coffee up.  They told me that if any of the stain reappeared to let them know.  They did have to come back for a second cleaning, but at no additional charge. I was very pleased!

It went very well. I've dealt with them on a couple of occasions. They did a good job, they explained their service and what they had to do, and they followed up and made sure everything was done properly.

Aside from the fact that they always manage to remove any stain, I like that they come out, quote a price and if agreed they do the work immediately. 
I've used this company many times and will continue to do so.  If there is any company that can get out carpet stains this is the company to use.
This company isn't the the least expensive, but the work they do is well worth the price.
