Tree Service
One tree was finished immediately, and the other was going to get finished when it warmed up in a few weeks. He even came to the door offering to trim back the river birch as a free service because of the delay. Fast forward to early March, when my husband tried to follow up via telephone, but the company has been unresponsive after two phone calls. Money has been paid in full, but only half of a job has been completed. It looks ridiculous.

WHEN HE DID THE WORK, HE LEFT 2 VERY LARGE BRANCHES HANGING IN THE TREES. WHEN I NOTICED THE BRANCHES, HE ACCUSED ME THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAD EITHER HAD CUT THEM, OR THEY FELL OFF ON THEIR OWN. WHEN THE WORK STARTED I WROTE HIM A CHECK, BUT HE MADE ME GO CASH IT. I PAID HIM $600 UP FRONT AND THEN GAVE HIM $500 ON THE SECOND INSTALLMENT. HE LEFT FOR A WEEK AFTER THAT 2ND PAYMENT. THIS WAS RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND HE WANTED MORE MONEY FROM ME BECAUSE IT WAS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. HE ALSO FAILED TO REMOVED THE STUMP ON THE TREE.
