They took this job over from someone else who'd made the initial quote and they worked hard at trying to meet the agreement and price in the original quote, even though it was clear that was not possible.
They were prompt every day.
If they needed to stop for materials on their way here , they'd call to say why and when they'd arrive.
They were professional.
They communicated as to the progress and my satisfaction with the job so far.
They have called since the job was completed to see if all was going well, they came back to correct one error that was not apparent immediately upon completion.
