"This absolutely does not sound like anything our company would do. I searched our files for this name and could not find her. I searched all receipts, (bank deposits and charge card reciepts), for the period from July 1, 2010 through October 31, 2010 and did not find this name also, there was not any billing that was even in the $700.00 range... I expect that Ms. Marsh has us confused with another company. We are a 63 year old company that has been named "The best Heating and Cooling contractor" in Morgan county for 6 straight years. We do not over charge for work done. You cannot stay in business as long as we have by overcharging customers in this small community. Again, there is no record of this transaction in our files or bank statements. We do not deal with Insurance companies often and surely not for small amounts like $700.00. So, no insurance company sent us a check for this situation either. Our company does not have a bad review anywhere and thinks Ms. Marsh should look at her invoice from August 30, 2010. I know that its a year and a half since the complaint but, this is the first time I have ever looked at our reviews on "Angies List" as we very seldom have customer issues."
