Bill Cox is a highly professional realtor. He has bent over backward to accommodate my husband and I as we searched for the right home for our family. He was patient with us as first time home buyers. In addition, he went up to bat for us when we tried to purchase a pre-short sale home and the bank made a mistake and listed it for a loss. Then, the bank decided not to sell the home and pulled it off the market. He kept us in the loop and helped us to try to find another home. When we put in an offer on the next home and the house was again pulled off the market, he went to the other realtor's office to find out if we did in fact win the bid over another bidder. He is very professional and a hard worker. He does everything he can to ensure that if we want a home and at a certain price, we will get it at that price. He is definatley the right realtor for us. I look forward to using him in the future to purchase our next home.
