CARPENTER GMAC REAL ESTATE

Real Estate agent pressured me into listing my home before I was ready. Agent stressed now was the time to list due to low inventory. Agent allowed her spouse to take pictures of my home to use for website posting. Agent assured me they would be made to look good even though I expressed my concern about not being ready for pictures to be taken. Agent did not review those pictures before allowing them to be posted on Mibor which then went to multiple websites as well. Pictures were also given to prospective buyers for consideration in viewing my home. The pictures that this agent at Carpenter Realtors allowed to posted on websites included a picture of a pile of trash, my teenagers unmade bed, my teenagers cluttered desk, my other teenagers unmade bed, 2 pictures of my bed, a picture of my dresser, and a picture of my shower curtain and toilet. Two days later I found those pictures on Mibor, Zillow and Trulia. I immediately told the agent to remove them. She promptly removed the picture of the trash pile then told me the pictures were removed. 3 days later I found all previously mentioned pictures still on those websites and more. I contacted her and informed her those pictures were still posted and I wanted them removed. Then I contacted the office manager, gave him a brief explanation and requested he call me ASAP. He did not call me. I expressed to my agent the reasons I did not trust her to sell my home. She offered to release me from the contract I signed for her to sell my home. Upon arriving to sign said release, she handed my husband a signed form to release her from the contract but not Carpenter. This meant, that office is still due compensation if I do sell my home during time period original agreement was made in. I then sent a message to the same office manager requesting those previously pictures be removed immediately. Again, I recieved no response from him. I find the actions of my agent to be unprofessional and detrimental to the selling of my home.
