septic tank
 + -1 moreIt was unclear whether the problem this time was related to the service rendered by Bray's last fall. But I will never consider calling these people again. In failing to return my calls, and (perhaps) actively avoiding me, they were highly irresponsible.
Description of Work: We paid these people $650 to fix a problem with our holding tank in the fall of 2008. They seemed to have fixed the problem. However, in February 2009 our septic tank alarm went off, so I called them. I was told to perform some simple checks first; I did these and tried to call them again, but could not get hold of them. I left four messages with my phone number on their answering machine over three days, but they never returned my call. I finally concluded that they were avoiding me, and got someone else to come out.
