Quite simply - Advantage Home Inspections is nothing short of one of the most thorough, in-depth, and well executed home inspection groups I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Owner Mark Todd was the actual person to perform my inspection. The entire time from initial contact to inspection to the turnaround of a complete digital report with comments and photos was 72 business hours.
The inspection itself demonstrated an incredible knowledge of common issues to be aware of - including checking in every crevice, nook, and spot that could even potentially cause issues. Mark made sure not to just mention what issues were present but to help define the time span in which the problem needed to be addressed. Mark also was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any concerns I mentioned, as well as being very welcoming to me when I came along for the inspection. I truly can not recommend Advantage Home Inspections enough and thank Mark for all his hard work. I will be recommending him to anyone who requires home inspection services in this area.

We were in the process of purchasing a log cabin. We hired Mr. Todd to inspect the home, and was saved from purchasing a money pit. We are very thankful for his honesty, and advice. We have since, found another home, and have used Mark to inspect it as well. Thankfully this house is in much better condition.
