I called Ace Roofing & Remodeling LLC, 765-318-3272 and I talked with Mr. Chastain, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, August 13, 2011 with Mr. Chastain, he advised me, he would be in the area on that day and he would come by when available. Mr. Chastain never showed up on August 13, 2011. I called 765-318-3272 on August 13, 2011 and left a voice mail to call me back. I never received a call back from the company so, I called the company again on Tuesday, August 17 talked with a guy, he stated he had called my number on Saturday August 13 but he received no answer. I advised the guy he called my work number. He did not leave a voice mail because i checked the voice mail for that phone number all day on that Saturday. The guy stated he would come to my house on Saturday, August 20, at 11:00am to look at roof and gutters. Again he did not show for the scheduled appointment on Saturday, August 20, 2011 and as o f this date August 24, 2011, I have not received any response for the missed appointment. This action is very unprofessional.
